You are passionate about leading and supporting one of our four EMEA regions on its way to One EMEA IT. Act as ambassador for our mission: “Offer reliable, stable and secure IT systems for the region EMEA and ground the basis for growth, cost efficiency and digitalization” with all connected initiatives.
Scope:
- The regional lead North& East is responsible for regional IT operations which are aligned with the functional IT strategy EMEA, ensuring the effective implementation of processes, policies, and guidelines. This role ensures consistency across the region's IT practices while supporting the overall business objectives.
- The IT Regional Lead acts as a bridge between regional and central IT operations and is part of the highest IT Management board (IT FSC) and reports to Managing Director Poland and Head of Region/Function IT.
IT Manager Region North & East / Poland
Twój zakres obowiązków
- Oversee daily IT operations in Poland, ensuring smooth functioning and support from external service providers.
- Coordinate and manage all strategic IT centralization projects for Poland and the North & East region.
- Act as a key stakeholder manager, maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Ensure alignment of regional IT initiatives with central IT policies, standards, and guidelines.
- Provide guidance and support to regional IT staff, ensuring effective implementation of processes and policies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for IT matters in the region.
- Support the transparency of regional IT budget and FTE; be responsible for defining a transparent regional IT budget and FTE planning, aligned with functional needs and strategic directions.
- Be responsible for implementing and supporting strategic projects and processes within the region.
- Ensure that regional needs are effectively addressed in the functional IT planning.
Nasze wymagania
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in an IT management role, preferably with regional or multi-site responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and services.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of IT security and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred certifications: ITIL, PMP or related.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the region
